Q: What size should I order?
A: Our tees are made fitted (slim fit) please check out our Sizing Chart to see what size will work best. We recommend grabbing your favorite, best fitting shirt out of your closet and measuring it to see which of our sizes will feel the best. Please remember, cotton shrinks a bit. Wash all of your clothes in cold water and tumble dry with no heat to minimize shrinkage.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Please visit our contact page and choose the contact method that most suits your fancy.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 3 business days from when the order was placed and normally ships via USPS First Class mail. Once domestic orders are processed for shipping they can normally take 3-5 additional business days to arrive once the order leaves our warehouse (please note: we are closed on Weekends and Major Holidays). APO/FPO addresses are okay. International orders take between 5-20 business days, depending on how close you are to California, USA.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yep! International orders ship via USPS International First Class and take between 5 to 20 business days. Please note, any duties or fees related to your country are not covered by Goodie Two Sleeves and shall be paid by the recipient if applicable.
Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: Yes! We have a 30 satisfaction guarantee and we want you to be totally satisfied with your order. Visit the returns page for details on how to exchange or return an item. NOTE: Items purchased on SALE cannot be returned.
Q: How can I carry Goodie Two Sleeves® brand tees in my store?
A: Most of our business is wholesale! We offer a huge variety of apparel to our wholesale customers. Please email us and be sure to include you store's name and contact info. A customer service agent will contact you right away.
Q: What are Goodie® shirts made of?
A: They are made from 100% Awesome*. (*Awesome made from 100% Cotton.) Heathered colors are a cotton/poly blend while Tri-blend tees are a cotton/poly/rayon mix. Whatever the material it makes for a super soft t-shirt.
Q: I ordered __ weeks ago, where is my order?
A: If it has been more then 2 weeks since you placed your order, that is weird so please go ahead and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we'll figure it out.
Q: I ORDERED A SHIRT 4 HOURS AGO!!11! WHERE IS IT??? IMA CALL tHe t-SHIRt POLiCE!!!1
A: That sounds crazy. You are crazy. Your name is probably Gary. Calm down, Gary.
Q: How do you think of your designs?
A: We work really hard to make you smile! Our inspirations come from some funny places, and just joking around. Most of us still watch cartoons. We also collect vintage toys and fun books & magazines and paint our office walls the colors of sherbet. Dude, I just realized like a couple years ago it's called sherBET not sherBERT. Crazy, right?
Q: I have a great idea for a shirt! Will you guys make it?
A: We have such a great creative team we are not currently seeking submissions for new shirt ideas, but if you have a totally awesome idea that we just HAVE to do, please visit our contact page on how to get it to us.
Q: Can I get a discount for ordering a lot of shirts?
A: Yes. If you plan on ordering 10 or more shirts please contact us so we can provide you with the appropriate Coupon Code, or take your order directly. If you own a store, please ask to be set up as a vendor for even greater savings.
Q: Do you carry "size/color/style" online?
A: If you cannot find the size, color or style you are looking for, please email us to see if we currently have what you are looking for in stock. Not all of the items we make are available online for purchase.
Q: Is your online store safe to order from?
A: Yes! Your safety is incredibly important to us. Our store is hosted on a secure server, has a valid SSL certificate, and is guarded by a team of specially trained unicorns. Q: Are Goodie coupon codes valid to all items on our store:
A: Coupon codes can be applied to regular priced t-shirts. Goodie coupon codes are invalid on items in the categories of SALE & GOODIES.
